Sports Boulevard is a major under-construction urban development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, designed as a large-scale linear park stretching across the city. The project site is situated along Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Road in the Hittin District of Riyadh. It is one of the flagships giga-projects launched under Saudi Vision 2030, aimed at enhancing the quality of life in the Kingdom and promoting healthy lifestyles.
WJ Saudi has been appointed to deliver the complete design and installation of the dewatering system for the 3 areas of approximately 40,000 m2. Our scope includes design and execution of deep wells dewatering system.
Dewatering activities will be required at three (3) distinct locations within the project plot. Each location presents unique geotechnical and operational conditions that necessitate tailored dewatering approaches. The three locations include Syphon area, Canopy Convergence Area, Water Treatment Plant Area, the project will be operated for 24 months.
